To still the mind and body takes dedication and regular practice. Dedicating a space to your meditation practice will have boundless health and spiritual benefits, for yourself and all those around you. One should aim to meditate twice a day. The more your practice, the easier it gets.

Our weekly Sunday meditations will jumpstart your week and encourage your everyday meditation practice. We also offer one-on-one coaching sessions, to help identify hinderances, integrate tools and actions, boosting your progress.
